Ho acquistato un bassorilievo in argento con foglie in oro zecchino con cornice in legno raffigurante la Sacra Famiglia. L’articolo è di manifattura di rara raffinatezza…..in altre parole bassorilievo meraviglioso! Ho inoltre comprato un piccolo presepe in fine porcellana a carillon anch’esso bellissimo ed i 5 Gesu’ Bambino sono deliziosi . L’imballaggio è accurato, le confezioni sono molto belle e la spedizione è puntuale.

Su servicio de atención al cliente se puso en contacto conmigo, hubo un pequeño problema con la empresa de mensajería, para poder solucionarlo. Todo se solucionó rapidísimo. Aún así la entrega del pedido fue antes de lo esperado. Todo muy muy bien!!

Fantastic number of items. I ordered three Christmas mechanical decorations. One of them had a little flaw. I got a replacement without any further discussion. I bought a Ciborium and a Chalice. The Chalice arrived perfectly; however, the Ciborium had a defect. Nevertheless, they were extremely kind and attentive, and they are going to send me a new one despite my having taken some time to make the claim. I haven't received it yet. If anything changes, I will make sure to update this. I am extremely satisfied with their way of doing things, especially given that it is not like buying a t-shirt; it is worth money.

Pero mereció mucho la espera siempre. El copón es precioso y parece de una calidad excelente y eso que tenía el precio más barato que pude comparar con tiendas físicas y otras web. Cruces de sacerdote que no se encuentran en España con una calidad excelente que merece el precio. He regalado varias y sé que son para toda la vida. No se separa el Cristo de la cruz como otras que había comprado en España. Siempre que compro en holyart sé que compro calidad!

Better than i Hoped for!

I have been putting together a Fontanini set for years now for my granddaughter. I only have the old ones from 1983 and with the spider web. I have never been able to find accessories to complete it. The ones available now are from China and tacky. Ie came across this site by accident and could not believe what they were offering for the village. I took a chance and ordered half of what I wanted to see what they were like. Came yesterday and I am ecstatic. They are wonderful. Quality etc is above what I expected. I will now place an order for the items remaining on my list. OH! and shipping was quick. The only complaint I have is that I DID NOT GET THE 20% off for the first order, i tried to get it but was told too late order was placed.
